About Me:
My goals for therapy are to provide a safe, compassionate place for my clients to be who they are without judgement, and to learn healthy coping skills to improve their lives. I believe that we all have within ourselves what we need to get better. My role is to encourage and facilitate that process by collaborating with my clients to achieve their goals.

Credentials and Experience:
Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from University of Texas – Arlington, TX
Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Wheaton College – Wheaton, IL

I started my career in social work facilitating parenting classes and providing case management to at-risk women in Child Protective Services, then went on to build and refine my clinical skills at two residential and outpatient dual-diagnosis substance use and mental health treatment facilities. I have experience working with people of various backgrounds and issues. I have further experience in providing EMDR trauma therapy to process traumatic life events and move forward in their lives.
